Why PDF My Email exists
Gmail can save an individual message through the browser print dialog, but repeating that process across a project, client file, invoice folder, or account handoff takes time and makes consistent filenames and attachment handling difficult. PDF My Email provides one controlled workflow for selected conversations.
From Gmail, you choose the conversations to export, select separate or merged PDF output, decide how attachments should be handled, and configure filenames and page settings. The extension then creates the files in your compatible Chromium browser and downloads them to your device.
How we approach privacy
Selected Gmail message content, attachments, and generated PDF files are processed in the browser workflow. They are not sent to the PDF My Email application backend for document conversion. Account sign-in, plan verification, usage limits, billing, and support are separate services and may require network requests.
We request browser permissions only for the extension features described to users. Our Privacy Policy explains the current data categories, purposes, service providers, retention practices, and user choices in more detail.
Who the product is for
PDF My Email is intended for people who need readable copies of selected email records: freelancers saving approvals, small businesses organizing invoices, teams preparing project handoffs, or individuals preserving bookings and important correspondence.
It is an export utility, not an automatic mailbox backup, eDiscovery system, legal-hold service, or certified compliance archive. Users remain responsible for checking important output and following the privacy, retention, and recordkeeping rules that apply to them.
Independent product
