# PDF My Email: Complete Product and Site Guide > PDF My Email is a browser extension that converts selected Gmail conversations into organized PDF files. It is designed for people who need readable records of correspondence, approvals, invoices, project handoffs, support cases, or other email evidence without uploading the selected email content to a remote PDF-rendering service. ## Product Scope PDF My Email works from Gmail in a compatible desktop Chromium browser. A user selects conversations or opens one conversation, chooses export settings in the extension, and starts the conversion. The extension prepares Gmail content and uses the browser PDF workflow to create the output on the user's device. The public website explains and sells the extension; it does not access a visitor's Gmail account or perform the conversion inside the website. Google sign-in connects free usage and paid entitlement to an account. Account verification, payment status, anonymous product analytics, and successful-conversion usage records are separate from email-content processing. ## Export Workflow 1. Install PDF My Email in a compatible Chromium browser and open Gmail. 2. Select Gmail conversations or open a single conversation. 3. Choose separate or merged PDF output, attachment behavior, filenames, paper size, orientation, margins, scale, page numbers, and quoted-reply handling. 4. Start the export and review progress for each conversation. 5. Download the resulting PDF or ZIP and verify important records before relying on them. Successful conversations can be saved as one PDF per conversation or combined into a single merged PDF. Separate output with remaining original attachments is packaged as ZIP. Supported PDF, PNG, and JPEG attachments can be appended as document pages; unsupported or unavailable files remain separate when they can be downloaded. ## Plans and Usage Rules ### Free - Price: $0. - Allowance: 30 successful conversation conversions in total. - Batch selection: up to 3 conversations per batch. - Failed or canceled conversions do not use the successful-conversion allowance. - No credit card is required, but Google sign-in is required to associate usage with an account. ### Pro Monthly - Price: $4.99 per month in USD before applicable taxes. - Unlimited successful conversions while active. - No plan-level conversation-count limit per batch. - Automatically renews monthly until canceled. ### 7-Day Project Pass - Price: $6.99 one time in USD before applicable taxes. - Unlimited successful conversions for 7 days. - No plan-level conversation-count limit per batch. - Does not renew and expires automatically. ### Pro Annual - Price: $39.99 per year in USD before applicable taxes. - Unlimited successful conversions while active. - No plan-level conversation-count limit per batch. - Automatically renews annually until canceled. Paid access removes product-plan conversion and batch-count limits, but it cannot remove browser or device constraints. Very large batches can take longer, consume substantial memory, or fail if Gmail has not loaded content, attachments are unavailable, the browser restricts a resource, or the device lacks sufficient capacity. A merged PDF generally requires more memory than separate output. ## Privacy and Data Boundary Selected message content, recipients, subjects, message bodies, attachments, and generated PDF files remain in the browser conversion workflow and are not required by the PDF My Email backend to render the document. The backend separately handles account identity, plan entitlement, payment confirmation, usage totals, and operational requests. Users should review the Privacy Policy for current disclosures about account information, payments, cookies, analytics, advertising, support requests, retention, sharing, international processing, and user rights. Sensitive message content should not be pasted into support requests unless specifically necessary and appropriate. ## Known Limitations - Google Drive links and other linked cloud resources are not ordinary Gmail file attachments. - Remote images or attachments blocked by Gmail, the sender, the network, or browser policy may be unavailable. - Complex HTML emails should be reviewed after export. - Browser memory and device performance affect very large batches and merged documents. - The extension is a productivity and organization tool, not a substitute for legal hold, eDiscovery, regulated records management, tax advice, or a formal compliance archive. ## Public Website Languages The product overview and pricing page are available in eight languages. It documents successful-conversion counting, batch rules, renewal behavior, feature parity, payment states, local processing, and browser limitations. ### [How to save Gmail emails as PDF](https://pdfmyemail.org/how-to-save-gmail-emails-as-pdf/) This informational guide explains how to save one Gmail message with Gmail's Print flow, how to keep a full conversation, when to use a browser extension for selected bulk exports, and how attachments are handled. It is a guide to user-started exports, not a mailbox backup or compliance system. ### [How to export Gmail emails](https://pdfmyemail.org/how-to-export-gmail-emails/) This guide compares five practical Gmail export routes: Google Takeout for broad mailbox data, Gmail Print for a readable message or conversation, selected local PDF batches, and destination-supported formats for migration. It explains how to choose scope and format, review attachments and failed items, protect exported email data, and avoid confusing a PDF with a complete mailbox backup. ### [Export Gmail emails for legal evidence](https://pdfmyemail.org/export-gmail-for-legal-evidence/) This evidence-preparation guide explains how to define a narrow Gmail search, review conversation context, export separate or merged PDFs, retain original attachments, use predictable filenames, and keep a small review log. It separates a readable working copy from legal advice, a litigation hold, forensic collection, or a certification of admissibility. ### [How to find all PDF files in Gmail](https://pdfmyemail.org/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/) This guide explains how to find matching PDF attachments in Gmail with `filename:pdf`, `has:attachment`, `in:anywhere`, sender, label, subject, and date filters. It separates finding an original PDF attachment from rendering the surrounding email as a PDF, and recommends reviewing a sample before downloading or exporting a controlled set of messages. Localized versions use the same search intent and page structure: - English: https://pdfmyemail.org/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - Spanish: https://pdfmyemail.org/es/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - Japanese: https://pdfmyemail.org/ja/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - French: https://pdfmyemail.org/fr/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - German: https://pdfmyemail.org/de/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - Portuguese: https://pdfmyemail.org/pt/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - Korean: https://pdfmyemail.org/ko/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ - Italian: https://pdfmyemail.org/it/how-to-find-all-pdf-files-in-gmail/ ### [Save Gmail emails and attachments as PDF](https://pdfmyemail.org/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/) This guide explains how to keep a Gmail conversation and its attachments together when exporting records. It distinguishes rendering the email conversation as a PDF from preserving the original attachment file, covers separate PDFs, one merged PDF, ZIP output, supported PDF and image attachments, review steps, and the privacy boundary: email content and PDF generation remain in the browser rather than being uploaded to the PDF My Email backend. Localized versions use the same attachment-export intent and page structure: - English: https://pdfmyemail.org/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - Spanish: https://pdfmyemail.org/es/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - Japanese: https://pdfmyemail.org/ja/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - French: https://pdfmyemail.org/fr/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - German: https://pdfmyemail.org/de/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - Portuguese: https://pdfmyemail.org/pt/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - Korean: https://pdfmyemail.org/ko/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ - Italian: https://pdfmyemail.org/it/save-gmail-emails-and-attachments/ ### [Gmail to PDF extension guide](https://pdfmyemail.org/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/) This installation guide explains how to choose a Gmail to PDF extension, install PDF My Email from the official Chrome Web Store listing, select a small Gmail batch, choose separate or merged PDF output, review original attachments, understand debugger and browser permissions, test Chrome or Edge compatibility, and troubleshoot the first export. It keeps the page's product boundary explicit: a selected PDF export is not a complete mailbox backup, and original Office or other source files should remain available when their format matters. Localized versions use the same extension-installation intent and page structure: - English: https://pdfmyemail.org/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - Spanish: https://pdfmyemail.org/es/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - Japanese: https://pdfmyemail.org/ja/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - French: https://pdfmyemail.org/fr/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - German: https://pdfmyemail.org/de/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - Portuguese: https://pdfmyemail.org/pt/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - Korean: https://pdfmyemail.org/ko/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ - Italian: https://pdfmyemail.org/it/gmail-to-pdf-chrome-extension/ ### [About](https://pdfmyemail.org/about/) The About page explains the product mission, operating principles, intended users, and boundaries. ### [Contact](https://pdfmyemail.org/contact/) The Contact page identifies support@pdfmyemail.org as the official channel for product help, billing and refund questions, privacy requests, accessibility feedback, and responsible security reports. ### [Privacy Policy](https://pdfmyemail.org/privacy-policy/) The Privacy Policy documents local email conversion and remote account, payment, usage, analytics, advertising, support, retention, sharing, and rights practices. ### [Terms of Service](https://pdfmyemail.org/terms-of-service/) The Terms cover the product license, user responsibilities, account access, billing, prohibited use, disclaimers, and liability. ### [Refund Policy](https://pdfmyemail.org/refund-policy/) The Refund Policy describes eligibility, cancellation effects, renewal treatment, exclusions, and the request process. ## Crawler Resources - [Sitemap](https://pdfmyemail.org/sitemap.xml): All indexable public routes, with reciprocal multilingual alternates for product and pricing pages. - [Robots](https://pdfmyemail.org/robots.txt): Public crawler directives and discovery links for the sitemap and LLM content files. - [Concise LLM guide](https://pdfmyemail.org/llms.txt): Short product and route summary.
